Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients

1 cup baked and mashed Japanese sweet potato (purple skin with white flesh)

2 - 3 Tbsp maple syrup

4 - 5 Tbsp nondairy milk

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine sweet potato, maple syrup and vanilla together in food processor.

  2. Add nondairy milk one tablespoon at a time until mixture is creamy and smooth (about 2 - 3 minutes).

  3. Spread onto cake or bread and enjoy!
