Eggless French Toast

Eggless French Toast

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

½ cup of plant milk

1 ripe banana

1 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon

4 slices of whole-wheat or whole-grain bread

Instructions

1.            Blend the first three ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour into a shallow bowl.

2.           Dip both sides of the bread in the mixture.

3.           Place on a non-stock griddle and sprinkle the bread with cinnamon.

4.           Cook both sides until golden brown.

Serve with fruit, maple syrup, or with leftover banana mixture. Enjoy!
